Joining new Scottish Government framework for cloud and hosting services
Following a competitive tender, we have been accepted onto a new Scottish Government framework for cloud and hosting services.
Scottish Ministers have established a replacement multi-supplier framework agreement for the provisions of cloud and hosting services.
The key aims of the framework agreement are to:
- deliver an efficient, innovative cloud and hosting services framework to the Scottish public sector offering value for money
- deliver cloud and hosting services in a safe, secure and environmentally sustainable way
- deliver quality services, in terms of service levels and key performance indicators
- offer security of supply chain and sustainable selection of suppliers, promoting the use of small to medium size businesses where possible
- embed sustainable procurement and inclusion of fair work and community benefits, such as using apprentices, supporting charities and training opportunities
- provide the same level of services to all framework public bodies, regardless of their size or geographical location
Following a competitive tender, we have successfully been accepted onto the new framework. The framework commences on 1st November 2023 and will run for a period of four years to 2027.
