Time off work

We offer 33 days of leave each year. This includes four statutory days over Christmas and New Year, with all other bank holidays included as regular leave you can take whenever you want.

After 1 year

Performance related reward scheme

We want to make sure that your contributions are recognised. Our performance-related reward scheme means you'll get an annual share of the profits via a one-off payment.

Family life

Family life is important to us, so we offer extended maternity, paternity, and adoption leave. Maternity and adoption leave consist of twelve weeks of full pay followed by twelve weeks of half pay, with the remainder being statutory pay. Paternity leave consists of four weeks of full pay.

Giving you options

We offer you the choice between an increased company contribution to your pension, private medical and dental insurance with BUPA, or a £400 contribution towards health and wellbeing.

Group life assurance

We offer you group life assurance set at four times your salary, offering peace of mind that your beneficiaries will be financially looked after.
