As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in our dynamic project management team. You will have an opportunity to work closely with clients, whilst managing and allocating resources within our internal teams. You will oversee multiple digital projects concurrently, guiding them from inception to delivery, producing clear, concise, and realistic project management documentation. You will support your team to achieve objectives and maintain strong client relationships.

About you

As a Project Manager, you’ll have experience in managing digital projects and leading teams to deliver exceptional results for clients. You will excel at leading cross-functional teams, motivating team members and fostering a collaborative work culture.

  • Able to showcase your experience and understanding of digital technologies and tools, allowing you to effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders
  • Passionate about understanding client needs, building strong relationships and delivering solutions that exceed expectations
  • A proactive problem solver, capable of navigating challenges and finding innovating solutions to complex problems whilst maintaining a positive outlook and approachable attitude
  • A skilled communicator which enables you to effectively convey project status, requirements and updates to both internal teams and clients
  • Adaptable, empathetic and confident at managing multi disciplinary teams
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines, showcasing your strong organisational skills

What you'll do

You'll have a wide range of responsibilities. Here are some examples to give you a flavour of what you'll do:

  • Lead the end to end delivery of digital projects, from initiation to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, define project requirements, and provide regular updates on project progress, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Facilitating client success by initiating projects effectively, defining project visions, devising delivery plans and establishing robust project governance
  • Motivate and inspire project teams, providing guidance, support and direction to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify potential risks and issues early on, developing mitigation strategies and effectively managing risk throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering open communication and alignment on project goals and objectives
  • Identifying and addressing potential resource conflicts swiftly and effectively
  • Managing project backlogs using Microsoft DevOps, maintaining organisation and efficiency
  • Actively participate in lessons learned sessions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance project delivery processes.
