Discovery
- Understand user needs and collaboratively defining a new content model with marketing team
- Definition and iteration of information architecture, taxonomy, content types, micro formats and target user journeys
- Technical analysis of system dependencies and definition of test plan
Alpha
- High fidelity HTML prototype illustrating 12 core user journeys across the site to demonstrate the target-user experience, content model and key functionality
- Testing of the Alpha site with a representative set of external users
Beta
- Integration of the target-user experience and content into the digital platform
